Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Self-Realty AI account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
- Email us at privacy@selfrealty.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", sent from the email address associated with your account.
- We verify your identity by confirming the request comes from your registered account email. We may send a confirmation email to verify.
- Your account is deleted — we deactivate the account immediately upon confirmation and permanently remove all data within 30 days.
Tip: If you want a copy of your data, request a data export before requesting deletion — deleted data cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile (email, name, organization details)
- All property, unit, tenant, and lease records
- All financial data (rent payments, charges, expenses)
- All maintenance requests, tasks, and contractor contacts
- All uploaded documents and attachments
- Push notification tokens and device information
What may be retained
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
- Legal records — information we are required to retain by law, for the legally mandated period only
Timeline
Account deactivation is immediate upon confirmation. Complete and permanent removal of all personal and property data from our systems (including backups) occurs within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
