Self-Realty AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Self-Realty AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via our authentication provider). You may optionally provide your name and organization details.

Property & Financial Data

You may enter property details, tenant information, lease terms, rent payments, expenses, maintenance requests, and related documents. This data is stored to provide the App's core functionality.

Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications you have opted into.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous analytics about feature usage to improve the App. This does not include your property or financial data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features
• Process and display your property management data
• Send push notifications you have opted into (e.g., rent reminders, maintenance updates)
• Provide AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your data
• Respond to support requests

3. AI Processing

The App uses artificial intelligence to provide property management insights, daily briefs, and maintenance triage recommendations. Your property and financial data may be processed by AI models to generate these features. AI-generated content is clearly labeled and intended as a decision-support tool, not professional advice.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (hosted on AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Row-level security ensuring users can only access their own organization's data
• Secure token-based authentication
• Regular security audits

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or property data with third parties except:

• Service Providers: Infrastructure providers (Supabase/AWS) that host our services under strict data processing agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal and property data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the App
• Export your data in standard formats
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data (see how to delete your account)
• Opt out of non-essential notifications

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
