Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Self-Realty AI mobile application ("App") operated by Self-Realty AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful property management purposes. You may not:

• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute access to the App without authorization

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-powered features including daily briefs, maintenance triage, and financial insights. These features are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or property management advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will endeavor to provide notice of planned downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Self-Realty AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses arising from data you enter or decisions you make based on App content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the App settings (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
